How long for my order to arrive?
Once you order is finished processing, it will be shipped via the method chosen at checkout. Standard Shipping will take approximately in 5-7 business days.

What places can you guys ship to?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states via truck freight on orders over $5000
Can you ship Internationally?
We fulfill orders to Canada and Mexico through Amazon via UPS, USPS and FedEx unless specified by the customer.
Keep in mind that KAVA’S STORE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to the wrong address, Once a package is in the hands of USPS, UPS, FedEx or another shipping carrier, KAVA’S is not responsible for it.
How can i track my order?
You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail given by our provided or your requested shipping carrier option. Please allow 24-48 hours for this number to become active. if you are having trouble getting the code Feel free to contact us and we can provide you with your tracking information.
What shipping carrier do we use?
We ship all packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified before hand.
